Spring Break Science Camp: Intro to Model Rocketry

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon, Tuesday-Friday, April 2-5, 2024

With instruction and assistance of Imperial Centre science education staff, participants 7-12 years of age will build, launch, recover, and keep their very own working model rockets. Drop-off and pick-up are at the Children’s Museum & Science Center Classroom except for Friday, the final day of camp which is Launch Day, when we will meet at the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Parents are strongly encouraged to join us on Launch Day to observe the rocket launches and cheer on your junior rocket scientists!  (Registration Required: $65.00 / Ages 7-12 Years / To register, please visit us online or call (252) 972-1266 during business hours.)
